Brand Marketing Director

Location: San Francisco, CA
Overview: Tempo is looking for an incredible Brand Marketing Director who can bring the Tempo brand to life. The role will lead the brand team and all brand initiatives, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels and throughout the business. This position will own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that are centered around furthering our mission and driving cultural relevance.
Author creative briefs rooted in customer and cultural insights to define our brand.
Drive end-to-end brand campaigns working closely with internal and external partners (creative, product, comms to ensure projects stay on track and on strategy.
Conduct analysis of and deliver regular reporting on campaign performance.
Partner closely with the performance marketing team to drive brand understanding across all channels.
Educate cross functional teams on the Tempo brand and how to stay true to our brand vision in every area of the business.

The company, which got some major holiday buzz from prominent publications, also raised $220 million in Series C funding in 2021 and appears to be ready for continued growth. This role allows a candidate to create the branding language and vision of Tempo. Based in San Francisco, the Brand Marketing Director has a chance to show consumers what the Tempo brand means.
