Brand Marketing Director

Overview: Tempo is looking for an incredible Brand Marketing Director who can bring the Tempo brand to life. The role will lead the brand team and all brand initiatives, ensuring cohesive storytelling across all marketing channels and throughout the business. This position will own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that are centered around furthering our mission and driving cultural relevance.

  • Author creative briefs rooted in customer and cultural insights to define our brand.

  • Drive end-to-end brand campaigns working closely with internal and external partners (creative, product, comms to ensure projects stay on track and on strategy.

  • Conduct analysis of and deliver regular reporting on campaign performance.

  • Partner closely with the performance marketing team to drive brand understanding across all channels.

  • Educate cross functional teams on the Tempo brand and how to stay true to our brand vision in every area of the business.
