Why we like it?

The Cavaliers organization includes the Canton Charge, Cavs Legion GC, Lake Erie Monsters, and Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in addition it its NBA franchise. This position is integral to the business success of the organization, which has recently become a more attractive destination for talent of all levels. The Cavaliers seemed destined to struggle with on-court and business performance following the departure of LeBron James. However, strategic hiring on the talent and business sides of the organization has led to a quicker-than-expected return to relevance. A successful candidate in this position will be able to directly prove their impact on a resurgent, well-known sporting organization.
