Why we like it?
DraftKings reported almost $1.3 billion in revenue in 2021, more than doubling 2020’s $614 million mark. The company has rather quickly turned into one of the most valuable organizations in the sports and entertainment industry. This is DraftKings’ fourth consecutive year of significant revenue growth - 17.9% in 2018, 42.9% in 2019, 90% in 2020, and 111% in 2021. The company’s enterprise value currently sits around $8.2 billion, which for comparison dwarfs the reported $5.7 billion value of the Dallas Cowboys. This specific role deals with one of the most important factors in DraftKings’ growth: people. The candidate will work together to build innovative people experiences as well as design and deliver high-quality programs to support DraftKings employees.
