Director, Newsletter Strategy and Growth

Organization: Boardroom

Location: New York City

Overview: Boardroom is looking for a Director of Newsletter Strategy and Growth to own the strategy and execution for Boardroom's newsletter products. This role will report to the General Manager of Boardroom, and will primarily be responsible for managing the production, marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategy. The ideal product lead will be growth focused, a hard worker, and have a deep rooted knowledge of the newsletter business and passion for sports business.

  • Drive newsletter creation process for Boardroom’s 3 newsletters from start to finish

  • Identify new opportunities for increasing newsletter open rates and growing subscribers

  • Drive subscriber growth through marketing initiatives

  • Manage A/B testing campaigns to improve open-rates & click-thru rates
