Featured Job of the Week

Digital Marketing Analyst

Organization: Miami Heat

Location: Miami, FL

Overview: The Miami HEAT is hiring a Digital Marketing Analyst to join the performance marketing team! The ideal candidate is a self-starter and problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Daily tasks of this role include supervising and analyzing campaign KPIs across digital channels, crafting data visualizations, and presenting insights and findings to channel owners and strategists.

  • Track, report, and analyze the performance of marketing activities across ecommerce merchandise sales, ticket sales, and lead generation efforts

  • Evaluate online customer behavior and provide insights and recommendations for improving the customer journey and marketing strategies

  • Build reports, KPI dashboards, and data visualizations to chart performance and growth

  • Implement and coordinate tagging and tracking across channels

  • Provide insights on campaigns, content, and corporate client results across web properties: HEAT.com, MiamiHEATStore.com, and FTXArena.com

Why we like it?

This is a great junior-level marketing position with one of the NBA’s strongest organizations. Miami is respected for its ability to grow internal talent and foster continuity. In 1995, Owner Micky Arison purchased the team and hired Pat Riley. Since then, the franchise has won 15 division titles, 6 conference titles and 3 NBA Championships. Anyone who has worked for a professional sports franchise knows this rule: winning makes everything easier. A successful candidate in this role will benefit from working for the top team in the Eastern Conference while getting a chance to hone his or her Google Analytics and JavaScript skills.
